Sports Club
This society has been functioning in full swing right from 1954 and college
has provided many facilities to students for playing Cricket, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball, football and other in-door games.
The sports ground and various fields are well maintained. Annual sports are regularly organised in the college campus. Inter college Athletic meet & Lawn
Tennis tournament of Bihar University is arranged at Govt. Polytechnic sports ground.
Govt. Polytechnic keenly participate in various sports competitions and win awards. Some of these awards won in the past are Delhi university (Lawn tennis), Guru Nanak Dev University (Athletic), Pt. Ravi Sankar University (Badminton) kumaon University, Nainital (Kho-Kho), etc.
